Clinical Staff

Joe Domini - CPO

Joe Domini is an American Board-Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and is originally from the Madison area. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater majoring in business administration with a minor in health services. After undergraduate school he continued his education at Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota where he graduated from the Orthotic & Prosthetic technician and practitioner programs. Upon graduation, he earned a position in Tucson, Arizona and completed his residency in Orthotics & Prosthetics. Shortly after, he became a certified practitioner. During his tenure in Tucson, he was exposed to many different facets of orthotic and prosthetic care, including pediatrics, geriatrics, sports medicine, traumatic events, neuromuscular deficiencies, and stroke patients. Joe worked in Arizona for three and a half years and eventually moved back to Wisconsin. Joe is very passionate about his career and always strives to listen to the patient’s primary needs and provide them with the most clinically appropriate orthopedic appliance. In his spare time Joe enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, competitive duck herding and of course…..the Green Bay Packers

Blake Loudermilk - CO/Board Eligible Prosthetist

Blake is an American Board-Certified Orthotist and Board Eligible Prosthetist based in Madison, Wisconsin. He is passionate about enhancing mobility and improving quality of life through customized solutions by remaining committed to providing exceptional care and personalized support to individuals seeking orthotic and prosthetic services. He strives to stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques to deliver optimal results. Dedicated to fostering a positive and empowering environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction are two of the best ways to describe Blake.  In his spare time Blake enjoys white water rafting, cheese and wine making, rock climbing, parasailing, hiking, making homemade road trip snacks and bike riding.

Molly Quinlan - CPO

Molly is an American Board-Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and is originally from Minnesota. She graduated from UW - Eau Claire with her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education at Northwestern University, graduating with her Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics. After finishing her Master's, Molly moved to the great state of Wisconsin for residency and continued pursuing national certification while at Aljan. In her spare time, she enjoys running, candle making, and getting lost in the wilderness with her Corgi Poppy.

Megan McNett - Board Eligible Orthotist & Prosthetist

Megan is a board-eligible orthotist/prosthetist who completed her residency with the Aljan Company. Megan is originally from the Madison area. She completed her bachelor’s degree in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin - Madison before heading to Northwestern to complete her Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2022. She enjoys working with various patients, and values listening to the patient and their needs. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors including camping, kayaking, and walking her dog. She also enjoys doing various crafts, spending time with family, friends and all things Taylor Swift.

Kaelee Knoll - CO/Prosthetic Resident

Kaelee Knoll is an American Board-Certified Orthotist and a Prosthetic Resident at Aljan Company. She is originally from the Des Moines, Iowa area. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in biological sciences at Wichita State University in 2020 and her Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2021. She completed her orthotics residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is currently in her prosthetics residency with Aljan. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and all abilities. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, hiking with her fiancé and playing video and board games.

Dan Brewer

Dan is our clinical technician here at Aljan Co.  Dan fabricates, assembles, and repairs devices and shoe modifications.  When Dan is not in the fabrication lab at Aljan Co you can find him tinkering with projects in his garage, collecting oddities, volunteering at the local animal shelter, working security at various events or spending time with his family.

Administrative Staff

Kyle J. Mindermann - Office Manager

Kyle has been with Aljan Co for over ten years working behind the scenes to handle all your billing and insurance needs.  She previously worked for Medicare Part B and Dean Health Plan from which she brought her extensive insurance knowledge along with her to Aljan Co.  When she isn’t talking passionately about insurance, she enjoys time with her fella working in their garden, making delicious eats, watching football in a house divided (one Badger fan, one Michigan fan), attending Packer games, live music, bee keeping, traveling, and going on adventures with the fella, her two sons, daughter in law and stepdaughter. 

Kaley Scrivens - Insurance/Billing Specialist

Kaley has been our Billing/Insurance Specialist since June of 2022. She was born and raised in the Madison Area.  In her free time, Kaley enjoys hiking, traveling, working with animals, mushroom hunting and spending time with her family and friends.

Kaya Mantz - Administrative Specialist

Kaya has been the Administrative Specialist with the Aljan Company since September 2022. She is from Green Bay but has lived in Madison for the last few years with her fiancé and cat. In her free time, she enjoys trying new things, watching movies, soap carving and seeing her friends and family.
